What We Do

Ancillary care is the category of healthcare services delivered outside of the hospital setting. This category consists of a variety of health services such as home health nursing, therapy, medical equipment, medical supplies and infusion therapy. 

Complete Home Services Management Corporation (CHS) contracts with Managed Care Plans (MCO) and Management Service Organizations (MSO), on a capitation basis (flat fee/per member/ per month) to coordinates home health care options and provides a comprehensive solution for customers to receive ancillary services in their home setting. 
                                                                  
CHS coordinates services with providers that have undergone the Credentialing process and have signed an Agreement to join the network.  CHS contracts with reputable licensed community based and national ancillary providers who are typically accredited and participating with Medicare and Medicaid.  

CHS is dedicated to comprehensive solutions designed to improve patient care, eliminate paper claims, reduce pharmaceutical costs, and manage network providers.  CHS developed a Provider Web Portal to provide general information on the company and allow providers a mechanism to acknowledge receipt of orders, provide updates on start of care issues, request authorizations for additional services, submit claims, acknowledge receipt of claims and view status of claims.   Our Internet based technology will work to facilitate communication by securely linking CHS with network providers, payers and patients.   The Web Portal is currently being tested and is scheduled to be operational by the end of 4th quarter 2006.
