Complete Home Services Management Corporation is a company that contracts with managed care organizations, to coordinate home health care options and provide a comprehensive solution for customers to receive healthcare in their home. We are a team of experienced dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the area of coordinating ancillary home services. Our comprehensive orientation and customer service training programs allow employees to thoroughly understand our services, managed-care contracts, Medicare, Medicaid and other care guidelines. This allows everyone at Complete to be a more effective resource to patients and referral sources. 

Services include, nursing, therapy, personal care options, medical equipment & supplies and infusion therapy.  We are currently contracted to coordinate services throughout the State of Florida and are projecting to continue to expand as history shows that managed care organizations have looked to network management arrangements to assist them I simplifying its members’ access to ancillary services. 

The health care industry is adjusting to new government policies, insurance industry financing rules, and shifts to outpatient treatment and home nursing care options.  Increased use of outpatient care and decreased use of inpatient care and facilities will continue.  The home health care industry will prosper as medical technologies continue to mature. The company offers services designed to deliver solutions that manage high-dollar, highly fragmented services of home health services, home infusion therapy and durable medical equipment.

CHS believes that there is a real need in this country to provide better options for patients in the home and assist patients in getting the care they need to stay out of institutional health care settings.  Our integrated, interdisciplinary health care option is here to do just that.  Home care is one of the fastest growing service industries in the United States, serving a great proportion of elderly persons, as well as an increasing number of working adults and pediatric patients. Pharmaceutical and technological advances, and the desire of patients and their families to stay at home have worked together to drastically change the treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
